Linda Salfisberg
Linda handles numerous legal matters, including family law, bankruptcy, real estate, estate planning, forcible detainer, and civil and criminal matters. Linda is an experienced guardian ad litem who is regularly appointed by the local judiciary to investigate high conflict family and divorce matters. She is also an Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of Plano. Linda provides compassion, confidence, and skill in every issue she handles.

Julie Swanson Haggard
Julie is a compassionate attorney who assists her clients in many areas of family law, real estate, estate planning, civil matters, and forcible entry and detainer.
Julie is a trained mediator and guardian ad litem who has experienced divorce first-hand and provides both professional and personal guidance for her clients experiencing one of life’s biggest challenges. Julie is also a fellow of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois, focusing on divorces through dignity and settlement as opposed to litigation.
Growing up in Plano, Julie appreciates assisting many local families with their legal needs. A graduate of North Central College in Naperville and DePaul College of Law in Chicago, Julie previously worked for the U.S. General Services Administration handling large federal projects and for a high volume family law firm in DuPage County. Julie is experienced, knowledgeable, and considerate of her clients’ legal and emotional needs. Julie prides herself on communication with her clients and ensuring they understand each step of the process. In Memoriam
Peter L. Krentz
Our founder, Peter Krentz practiced law for over 58 years. He received his Juris Doctor of Law from Valparaiso University in 1956. Throughout his years of service to the Plano area, Peter served as a Director for the Community Bank of Plano and the Plano Community Credit Union. He was also a Charter Member of the Plano Development Corporation, a member of the Steering Committee for Excellence in Plano, and a long time member and past president of the Plano Rotary Club.
Through his law career Peter assisted families with estate planning, probate, and other family matters. He was known for his compassion and intelligence. Our staff works to honor his memory and continue his legacy of exceptional service to our community.
